One afternoon, we went out to visit the
Fishing village of Tai O.

* We visited the village of Tai O with Sanwa and her cousin, Ching, who had studied in America and in Canada.

Another afternoon, we visited the famous
"Stanley Market."

We had fun eating at a Tea House, where we laughed uncontrollably over the tiny portions of food and the high prices!
| Hong Kong does seem to be concerned about the amount of GARBAGE generated by big cities!!! |
.......and about how common it is for Chinese people to "huck up loogies".......making deep-throated sucking sounds, where they eventually spit up a bunch of _______ and _______, onto the sidewalk, onto the floor of the bus or cafe, out the car window, or wherever they happen to be.
