Chongqing City Life (part 2)Taoist Temple Hike

We will use this year of living in the big city of a foreign country to capture all kinds of memories and store them away...... for contemplation on lonely, winter days back at home in Dole Valley.

Baby-in-a-Basket
Buying chunks of sugar cane to suck the juice out of......

Street-side Cotton Candy vendor

Spin the wheel, and the guy will make a caramel-candy animal of that shape.
Hiking up to the Taoist Temple with Summer, Felipe, Caroline, and some other students
At the Taoist Temple Gate
Lighting Incense, with thoughts of Lila
Taoism focuses on exotic animals........
...........and Yin and Yang
Some of the gods are pretty scary characters.
The hillside setting was wonderful, but views of the city below were hazy.
